Speculations have it that Wally will finally be shown as the kid Flash. Whatever this darkness means and how the team defeats Zoom, viewers will have to find out. Zoom's unmasked face shows his eyes turn pitch black as he says, "You can't lock up the darkness" as a surprised Flash looks on. While this gives Barry confidence that he can now take down Zoom, defeating the enemy won't be easy. The last episode saw Barry travelling back to the past to learn how to up his speed through the help of Eobard Thawne while he was assuming the identity of Dr. Zoom has added a new fun feature to its arsenal: Studio Effects gives you the ability to add a variety of eyebrows, facial hair, and lip color to your video image during Zoom sessions. This could be the the trailer that also gives away the discovery that Hunter Zolomon is a convicted serial killer who gained power while facing execution. The extended trailer for episode 18 shows Zoom confessing to Barry that he intentionally played the hero to give people hope "so I can rip it away."Ī little boy is also seen holding the iconic helmet though it doesn't indicate whether he is the younger version of the real Jay Garrick or a flashback to a young Hunter Zolomon. Speculations are high that the real Jay Garrick (Earth-2 Flash) is hidden behind the mask of the prisoner Bally and promised he would return in a previous episode. While the series has successfully merged different comics Flash Universe with some twitches in relations, viewers are now looking forward to "The Flash's" return after a three-week hiatus to know how this angle will play out. In the comics, Hunter Zolomon is the supervillain to the third Flash, Wally West. It was not really a shock to most when it was revealed that Zoom shares the same face with Jay Garrick as it was featured in one episode that the supposed Earth-2 hero's doppelganger in Earth-1 is named Hunter Zolomon.
